Privacy Policy (Cookie- og privatlivspolitik)

Introduction. It is very important to Nordic Blockchain Association that you feel safe in using Nordic Blockchain Association’s services. To this end, it is important that you understand what information Nordic Blockchain Association collects when you use the Nordic Blockchain Association Services and what Nordic Blockchain Association may do with that information. Therefore, Nordic Blockchain Association has a clear and fair privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

By using the Nordic Blockchain Association’s website, app and connected services (jointly the “Nordic Blockchain Association Services”), you are entering into a binding contract with Nordic Blockchain Association, Howitzvej 60, 1., 200 Frederiksberg, . (Danish company reg. no. 38867083), having its registered offices in Denmark (“Nordic Blockchain Association”). The agreement includes this Privacy Policy and Nordic Blockchain Association’s standard terms and conditions.

Changes to policy. Nordic Blockchain Association may, at its sole discretion, make changes to the Privacy Policy. If any such changes are considered material by Nordic Blockchain Association, you will be notified of such changes via the Nordic Blockchain Association Services. By continuing to use the Nordic Blockchain Association Service after such changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

Information collected and processed. Nordic Blockchain Association collects and processes the following types of information via your use of the Nordic Blockchain Association Services:

(i) Personal information that you enter into the Nordic Blockchain Association App or homepage. This can for example be your name, nick-name, age, birthday, sex, address, e-mail, phone number, photo, GPS-position, etc.

(ii) Information about use of the Nordic Blockchain Association Services. This can for example be frequency of visits, time spent on each page, cursor location and movements, link usage, etc..

(iii) Information from interactions with social media platforms. Nordic Blockchain Association receives data on the interaction between the Nordic Blockchain Association Services and certain social media platforms (for example Facebook), such information can include your identification information on the platform, post to the platform via the Nordic Blockchain Association Services and your connections’ reactions to the posts (i.e. comments or likes).

The information mentioned above will generally all be collected automatically by the Nordic Blockchain Association Services and stored for 5 years as prescribed under Danish law.

Nordic Blockchain Association will not collect information on race, ethnicity, political views, religion, sexual preferences or philosophical views unless you choose to enter such information into the Nordic Blockchain Association Services in which case Nordic Blockchain Association will not make use of or transfer such information. If Nordic Blockchain Association becomes aware that information might be considered wrong or misleading, Nordic Blockchain Association will delete or amend such information.

Cookies. Nordic Blockchain Association may use “cookies” to store data on your computer or mobile device or internet connected device. We may also link information stored on your computer/ device in cookies with data stored on our servers. If you set up your web browser or device so that cookies are not allowed, you might not be able to use some or all of the features of the Nordic Blockchain Association Services.

Purpose of collecting information. The purpose of collecting the above mentioned information is (i) to identify you as the user, (ii) to optimize the Nordic Blockchain Association Services, (iii) to better service you as a user, (iv) to abide applicable law and regulations, (v) to enforce the agreement between you and Nordic Blockchain Association or a third party with whom you enter agreements via the Nordic Blockchain Association Services, (vi) to protect the rights, safety and property of Nordic Blockchain Association, the users, others, (vii) to create statistics, reports and conduct generic data mining and (iv) to target advertising either directly or through third party providers.

You should be aware that Nordic Blockchain Association may choose to use your information and other users’ information to generate reports and statistics with the purpose of selling such reports and statistics to third parties. In such case, your information will as far as possible be made anonymous before the reports and statistics are transferred to any third party. Nordic Blockchain Association does this for commercial purposes, but also to show and promote the success of the Nordic Blockchain Association Services. Nordic Blockchain Association believes that being upfront about this is just good business.

Also, Nordic Blockchain Association will not use your information for direct marketing purposes unless you have actively accepted that Nordic Blockchain Association uses the information for marketing purposes.

Your rights. You have all the rights afforded to you under the law, including:

(i) You are entitled to be informed of what information Nordic Blockchain Association collects in relation to you and your use of the Nordic Blockchain Association Services.

(ii) You are entitled to demand amendments or deletion of information pertaining to you that is gathered by Nordic Blockchain Association.

(iii) You can object to Nordic Blockchain Association gathering information pertaining to you.

(iv) You are entitled to object against your information being transferred to third parties.

Ticketbutler is also responsible for answering any questions that you might have in connection with the collection, storing, processing, or use of information relating to you. Transfer of information. If and before Ticketbutler transfers any information (except information transferred to Nordic Blockchain Association) pertaining to you, Ticketbutler will check whether you have asked that your information not be transferred to any third party. Ticketbutler will also ensure that necessary safety requirements are in place for such transfers.

Security measures in protecting the information. Ticketbutler provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information that Ticketbutler collects and processes. Only trusted employees and contractors of Nordic Blockchain Association will have access to the gathered information. When communicating information electronically, Nordic Blockchain Association will encrypt such information.
